  • Providing banking services to customers anywhere (outside and inside Iraq) at any time (24 hours a day and 7 days a week)..

Security Service

This service uses a variety of techniques to ensure safe use of this service, for example:-
  • Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
  • Passwords for access to the system for remittances .
  • Time Out Time Out for the final out.

Banking services

  • Presentation of accounts.
  • Transfer between accounts within the Bank.
  • Transfer between accounts in different currencies within the Bank (JD & dollars).
  • See the names of correspondent banks of the Bank of Baghdad.
  • View the Iraqi dinar exchange rates for the US dollar.
  • اExtract and print account statements.
  • Modify the password to login to the system.
  • Modify password for transfer between accounts.
  • See customer data.
  • Add a beneficiary for transfers between accounts in the Bank.
  • View the recipients of transfers.

Bank of Baghdad are adding new services in the next phase:-

  • Installment service card Visa, MasterCard.
  • Short message service (SMS).
  • Foreign remittance service (SWIFT).
  • Requests for bank overdraft (LGs).

  • Payroll Service (corporate).

Please note that the update has been downloaded to the Internet bank system (Internet banking) (Internet banking) successfully to increase security and protection of customer's access to the system (security) among the amendments shmellha this update modifies the sequence the client access accounts through a new protection screens appear during login and are as follows:-
  • First Screen: - This screen displayed when the customer choose the Internet Banking service and he/she will be able to enter customer Id and the display number below. Click Here
  • Second Screen: - this screen shows the process of enter the customer id and display number below. Click Here
  • Third Screen: - this screen for enter the password. Click Here
  • Forth Screen: - this screen shows the process of enter password and check the below check box. Click Here
  • Fifth Screen: - this display the change password screen (this screen will display if the customer changes the password throughrequest to the Bank, first time he/she enter the service, or he/she open the screen from the menu. Click Here
  • Sixth Screen: - Shows the customer enter the current password in first field, new password in second filed and the confirm password in third field. Click Here
  • Seventh Screen: - display the confirmation to apply the change password. Click Here.
  • Eighth Screen: - Display message “Operation Successful”. Click Here.
